Divine Mercy Conference 2011
To be held on Saturday the 19th and Sunday 20th February RDS Dublin 4

Mercy for the dead can sometimes lead to mercy for the living

Healing of The Generations

Mass For Healing of The Generations or sometimes called Healing of the Family Tree will be celebrated every 1st Saturday at Glencree County Wicklow at 2.30PM and usually on the third Sunday of the month at 7.OOpm in Saint John the Evangelist Church kilbarrack in Dublin but the date in Kilbarrack may change as circumstances arise so please always check the notice on the Homepage

You are welcome to attend and take part. Better still you can start preparing for that celebration now.
When we celebrate Mass For Healing of The Generations we are:

  • Thanking God for all the good that has come down to us from our ancestry and that is in our family at present.
  • Asking God to heal any defects, which have come down to us along the bloodline at the sources of these defects.
  • We also ask for the living to be released from defects that weigh heavily on them.

All things can be accomplished in the power of the Merciful Love of God

To Prepare for this special celebration it is suggested to do the following:

  • You can pray "The Chaplet of Mercy" each day for your ancestry e.g. "Have mercy on us, on our ancestry and on the whole world".
  • Praying together as a group or family is recommended.
  • Spend time praying before The Blessed Sacrament for this intention.
  • Prepare a genogram as much as you can. Make note on the charts of the good traits of your family. Also note any information about unholy, unloving deaths e.g. Suicides, murders, violence, insanity, abortions, miscarriages, stillbirth, occult involvement. This document remains confidential and is placed on the alter at the Offertory of The Healing of The Generations Mass.

Who can come to the Mass?
Anyone of any family can come and pray for their family. It is best that all come in a positive frame of mind and with whatever faith they have!
This service will take more time than the usual Mass time. Please pray for the celebrant and the team.
